Shari LaRoche, MS, LNHA

Administrator

Shari LaRoche, MS, LNHA, our Administrator at Warde Senior Living, oversees all operations of the Independent (Searles Place) and Assisted Living communities, as well as the Skilled Nursing/Long-term Care Unit. With over 27 years of experience as a long-term care/senior living Administrator, Shari’s passion lies in collaborating with her associates to provide exceptional care for their residents. Her motto has always been, “My associates come first!” By taking care, supporting, and appreciating your associates, you can ensure that they will take excellent care of your residents and families. Providing exceptional customer service and quality care is her number one priority!

Megan Lozeau, RN

Director of Nursing

Megan Lozeau, RN, oversees the everyday operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while also supporting families and associates. Megan has served as the Director of Nursing Services at Warde Senior Living for the past 3 years. Megan has 30 years of experience in senior care, including the last 6 years at Catholic Charities New Hampshire in various leadership roles. Megan’s favorite part of her role is building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and associates.

Elizabeth Thomas

Director of Life Enrichment and Apartment Manager

Elizabeth Thomas, our Director of Life Enrichment and Apartment Manager, leads our engaging life enrichment programs while also managing the Independent Living Apartments, Searles Place. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Health Care Administration and is Activity Consultant Certified through the National Association of Activity Professionals. Elizabeth’s favorite part of her role is building meaningful connections with our residents and hearing their rich and unique life stories.

Jess Michaud

Director of Social Services and Admissions

Jess Michaud, our Director of Social Services and Admissions, plays a key role in ensuring residents and their families receive the support they need. With over 10 years of experience in the social work and social services field and a bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health and Human Services from University of Maine Augusta, she has worked in long-term care, acute rehabilitation hospitals, and transitional care units. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her 19-year-old daughter, Skylar, her significant other, Mike, and their three rescue dogs. She loves sunshine, boating, and spending time outdoors with her family!
