Assisted Living

Warde Assisted Living

Here at Warde Assisted Living, we serve individuals who are looking for limited help with everyday activities but are not ready to give up their independence to a traditional nursing home setting.

While Warde Assisted Living offers the same level of support and features you’ll find at more expensive assisted living facilities, we pride ourselves on our close-knit community. We’re a place where everyone knows and respects each other, and you receive the responsive and personalized support you require, each and every day.

Services include a wide range of meals, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, exercise and wellness programs, as well as various social and recreational services.

Warde Assisted Living offers a variety of flexible payment options, including private pay, select insurance coverage and even Medicaid.

Is Assisted Living Right For You?

Assisted living is a long-term care option that combines housing, support services and health care tailored to each resident’s needs, and is considered a more residential alternative to traditional nursing home care. We offer 36 spacious units with private bathrooms and around-the-clock access to the staff.

At Warde Assisted Living, our residents are generally more independent and mobile than those who may choose nursing home care. Some residents may need help with mobility, incontinence or other challenges, which we are here to support.

While you will usually find fewer nursing staff and licensed nurses in an assisted living center than in a nursing home, the Warde Center staff is available at any time.

A Unique Environment of Support

Your room comes complete with access to Wi-Fi, phone and cable television, so you can continually stay connected with loved ones, the world around you or simply enjoy your favorite movie.

Then there’s the outside – 40 acres of land, in fact  –  all part of the historic Searles campus. It’s there for you to enjoy and spend time with family. Our residents especially love the pond and stone bridge.

Licensure Standards

Warde Assisted Living is licensed at the Supported Residential Care Level, allowing for a higher level of care. Residents are assessed regularly (at least quarterly) and the assessment is used to develop an Individualized Service Plan. Please speak with an admissions coordinator for more detailed and specific information.
