Meet Our Team

Shari LaRoche, MS, LNHA, our Administrator at Warde Senior Living, oversees all operations of the Independent (Searles Place) and Assisted Living communities, as well as the Skilled Nursing/Long-term Care Unit.

With over 28 years of experience as a long-term care/senior living Administrator, Shari’s passion lies in collaborating with her associates to provide exceptional care for their residents. Her motto has always been, “My associates come first!” By taking care, supporting, and appreciating your associates, you can ensure that they will take excellent care of your residents and families. Providing exceptional customer service and quality care is her number one priority!

Megan Lozeau, RN, oversees the everyday operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while also supporting families and associates.

Megan has served as the Director of Nursing Services at Warde Senior Living for the past 4 years. Megan has over 30 years of experience in senior care, including the last 7 years at Catholic Charities New Hampshire in various leadership roles.

Megan’s favorite part of her role is building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and associates.

Julia Mulhall serves as Warde’s Director of Social Services and Admissions. Julia welcomes prospective residents and families, leads onsite tours, and guides them through the admissions process.

Drawing on four years of experience in skilled nursing and long-term care, Julia also helps coordinate safe transitions home after rehabilitation. Julia has earned both her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Policy, and Master of Public Health from the University of New Hampshire.

Julia is dedicated to ensuring residents and families feel supported, respected, and cared for every step of the way.

Elizabeth Thomas has been a part of the Warde Senior Living community since 2013. Elizabeth serves as our Director of Life Enrichment and Apartment Manager of Searles Place Independent Living.

Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration and is Activity Consultant Certified through the National Association of Activity Professionals.

What Elizabeth enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to build strong connections with residents each day. Elizabeth especially loves listening to their unique life stories and learning about the experiences and memories that have shaped their lives.

Don serves as our Culinary Director here at Warde Senior Living. Don oversees all aspects of the Dining Program for Searles Place, Bishop Peterson, Warde Assisted Living and Warde Health Center (Long-term care and Short-term rehab services).

A certified Chef with over 30 years of experience between Restaurant, Corporate Café and Healthcare management, Don brings a wealth of food and food service expertise and knowledge to the Warde Senior Living Family.

As Don tells his associates, “Your bosses are the many residents we serve at Warde each day. Always have our residents leave the dining rooms with a smile and a full stomach.”

Lesley Pincince, MS PT is a rehabilitation leader with more than 25 years of experience serving the geriatric population across variety of healthcare setting. In her role with HealthPRO Heritage Rehab Services at Warde Senior Living, she provides oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services with a commitment to clinical excellence and maximizing each resident’s quality of life and independenc.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership and operational roles and has been dedicated to developing healthcare professionals throughout adjunct teaching and continuing education. She has also served the profession throughout the involvement with the American Physical Therapy Association’s Public Relations Board.

Her belief for leadership is ultimately about creating an environment where clinical excellence and human connection coexist. Leading with empathy, caring with compassion and always leaving room for a little humor.

Summer Garrity, LPN, serves as the Nurse Manager of Warde’s Skilled Nursing Unit. In this role, Summer oversees the daily nursing operations and works closely with the nursing team to ensure that our residents and their families receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Summer has been a valued member of the Warde Senior Living community since 2016, when she began her career at Warde working in the kitchen. She went on to earn her LNA license and continued her education, becoming an LPN in 2022.

Summer has a true passion for caring for her residents and supporting their families. She believes that building strong, trusting relationships with residents and their loved ones plays an important role in enhancing their quality of life. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to the Warde community make her an important part of our team.

Tom has served as Facilities Director at Warde Senior Living since 2018. He oversees all aspects of facilities, maintenance, and plant operations. With over 25 years of experience in Long Term Care, Tom ensures our residents are treated with the utmost respect and makes sure safety is always the priority in all that he and his team bring to Warde.

Sr. Kathleen is a Sister of Mercy who has ministered at Warde Senior Living for over 25 years in Pastoral Care. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts in Religious Education.

As Pastoral Minister she is responsible for providing spiritual and emotional support for residents in addition to organizing and implementing Worship and Prayer Services. She assures residents are receiving the love, support and encouragement they require to face and overcome life’s challenges through bedside visits, compassionate presence, listening and Spiritual and Biblical Guidance.

Pastoral Care is available to families as well, as they appreciate support walking through caregiving stress, anticipatory grief, loss and difficult transitions.

Her belief is always that pastoral care must be respectful of individuals diverse religious and spiritual beliefs, ensuring that relevant services and resources are available.

Sr. Kathleen feels that working in pastoral care offers her a deep personal fulfillment by providing emotional and spiritual support to elderly residents during life’s final chapters.

I have always considered myself a lifelong learner. While degrees in business…education…social work and theology where important…. the day to day knowledge gained from working with truly dedicated colleagues has been the difference. Gratitude would be the word that sums up the years of service with New Hampshire Catholic Charities. It has continued here at Warde Senior Living where TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) is not just a phrase but our reality. May we receive ongoing Blessings and Support.

Beth has over 25 years of experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care. For the past four years at Warde, she has had the privilege of overseeing the Assisted Living Unit residents and associates.

Beth is passionate about building trusting relationships with the residents and their families, helping each individual feel safe, valued and cared for.

Beth feels caring for others is more than a profession- it is a privilege and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in each residents’ life and looks forward to providing the highest quality of care for our residents while also supporting families and our associates.
